Employee Evaluation Committee

ALLA's Employee Evaluation Committee "makes an annual evaluation of the job performance of the Association Administrator. The Vice-President/President-Elect is chairman of this committee. The annual evaluation will be conducted at the end of the contract period at the 2nd quarterly meeting of the Executive Council. The Committee includes the Immediate Past President, the President, the Treasurer, chairman of the Scholarship and Loan Fund, Inc., and the chairman of the Membership Committee." -- Alabama Library Association Handbook, 9.4.
