The 2027 Annual Convention will be held April 14-17, 2027, at the
Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Information

Pricing information and some commonly asked questions are below.

Exhibits/Sponsorship Pricing

  • Presenting Sponsor: $5,000.  This sponsorship includes premier conference recognition, largest/prominent logo placement, recognition as “Presenting Sponsor”, deluxe booth, recognition during General Sessions/Openings, dedicated social media recognition, premium program placement, five (5) bag items (subject to deadlines).
  • Gold Sponsor: $2,500.  This sponsorship includes a deluxe booth, prominent sponsor signage, enhanced website/program recognition, social media spotlight, five (5) bag items (subject to deadlines).
  • Silver Sponsor: $1,500. This sponsorship includes a premium booth, sponsor recognition, two (2) bag items (subject to deadlines).
  • Bronze Sponsor: $1,000. This sponsorship includes a standard booth, sponsor recognition, one (1) bag item (subject to deadlines).
  • Friend of ALLA/SELA Libraries: $750. This sponsorship includes general supporter recognition, website/program recognition, one (1) Bag item (subject to deadlines).
  • SELA's 75th Anniversary of the Southern Book Competition Celebration: $750. This sponsorship includes recognition specifically tied to the 75 Anniversary/Southern Book Competition Celebration, website/program recognition, one (1) bag item (subject to deadlines).
  • Deluxe Booth: $1,500.  This package includes a deluxe booth, three (3) exhibitor representatives, a half-page digital conference program listing, logo on sponsor signage, recognition on general session screens, social media spotlight, promotional item in attendees registration bags, participation in the vendor passport program. (11 booths available).
  • Premium Booth: $1,000.  This package includes a premium booth, two (2) exhibitor representatives, two (2) tickets to the Welcome Reception, an enhanced digital conference program listing, logo on ALLA website, one (1) per-conference social media spotlight, opportunity to include one (1) promotional item in attendees registration bags, participation in the vendor passport program. (11 booths available).
  • Standard/Nonprofit/Local Booth: $500.  This package includes a standard booth, two (2) exhibitor representatives, two (2) tickets to the Welcome Reception, a digital conference program listing, logo on ALLA website, opportunity to include one (1) promotional item in attendees registration bags, participation in the vendor passport program. (10 booths available).
