Exhibits/Sponsorship Pricing
- Meal Sponsor: $6000. This sponsorship includes a premium booth, a 3-minute promo at the event, your logo on the screen, 1 ticket to the meal event, 1 person conference registration, a promo item included in the Registration Bags, and a listing in the digital program. (up to 3 sponorships available)
- Keynote Address Sponsor: $3000. This sponsorship includes a premium booth, a 3-minute promo at the keynote address, your logo on the screen, and a listing in the digital program. (1 sponorship available)
- Registration Name Badge Sponsor: $3000. This sponsorship includes a premium booth, a table with promotional items near the regstiration desk, signage by the registration desk, your logo on the name badges, and a listing in the digital program. (1 sponorship available)
- Premium Booth Only: $800. This package includes a premium booth, 1 ticket to the Welcome Reception,1 person conference registration, a promo item included in the Registration Bags, and a listing in the digital program. (10 booths available)
- Standard Booth Only: $500. This package includes a standard booth, 1 ticket to the Welcome Reception, a promo item included in the Registration Bags, and a listing in the digital program. (22 booths available)
- Non-Profit Booth: $300. This package includes a standard booth, 1 ticket to the Welcome Reception,1 person conference registration, and a listing in the digital program. (6 booths available)
- No Booth: $250. This package is only for a listing in the digital program. NO BOOTH SPACE. (unlimited)
- Premium Snack Break Sponsor: $1,500. This sponsorship includes a table with promotional items, signage by the snacks, and a listing in the digital program. (2 sponorships available)
- Conference Bag Sponsor: $1,000. This sponsorship includes your logo on the Registration Bag and a listing in the digital program. (1 sponorship available)
- Coffee Break Sponsor: $500. This sponsorship includes a table with promotional items, signage by the coffee, and a listing in the digital program. (4 sponorships available)
Add On Options
Exhibitors/Sponsors can select one of these to add onto their packages:
- Scavenger Hunt Card: $250
- Attendees who complete a scavenger hunt of exhibits and lodge landmarks will be entered to win a prize.
- Buy Attendee List: $250 (NOTE: Registrants can opt out of the listing)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers to some of our commonly asked questions:
1. Where will the booths be located?
All exhibitor booths/tables will be set up in the large and wide hallways of the Lake Guntersville Convention Center. Instead of having a specific Exhibitor Room that attendees can avoid, Alabama librarians will be in the hallways of the Convention Center going between conference meetings throughout each convention day. This means they will be easy prospects to talk to as well as demonstrate products and services.
2. Will we have power? Will there be outlets available?
Yes. Electrical outlets are plentiful along hallway walls.
3. How big are the tables? Will we have chairs?
Tables are 6' long with 2 chairs at each.
4. What time will the exhibits be available?
Vendor/Exhibitor times will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the two primary days of the convention, Thursday, April 10th and Friday, April 11th. In addition, Vendors/Exhibitors will be allowed to set up tables beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9th, prior to the Welcome Reception, the convention's first major event which will begin at 6:00 p.m. that evening. 5. How many people will be attending?
We are anticipating at least 300 librarians and library professionals.
6. Where can I reserve a room for my stay?
If arriving early on Wednesday, April 9th, you can find and book a hotel room here.
